She assists businesses in making sound and informed decisions and in managing and mitigating their legal risks effectively.
Experience has included:
- Advised a European aircraft-manufacturer, Lenders and Leasing companies on aircrafts financing and leasing transactions.
- Advised mutinational investment banks on financial derivatives such as:
- Swaps
- Options
- Forwards
- Futures
- Repos
- Advised Joint Lead Managers with Subscription Agreements relating to the issue of Amortising Notes by a public entity.
- Adivised a multinational investment banks on a combined Rule 144A/Reg S offerings.
- Assisted a Sovereign Fund in setting up an investment fund intended to finance small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) & intermediate-sized enterprises (ETIs) in Senegal.
- Assisted international private banks and a multinational professional services company in drafting and updating their Conduct Rules for Senegal in relation to their Offshore Wealth Services.
- Developed and updated “Country Manuals” for international banks with respect to their strategic cross-border projects based on Senegalese and WAEMU banking regulations.
- Advised global energy companies, joint venture partners on their off-shore oil and gas discovery and provided guidance to ensure their activities adhere to oil & gas legislation and regulations.
